THE TOTALLY AWESOME + GAME CHANGING
Calendar System Makeover Challenge
This is the can’t miss challenge of the year — because this is where you’ll learn how to build better systems to reclaim your time.
Learn the 3 systems needed to reclaim your day
Are you crossing your fingers hoping that December 31 will reset the clock on feeling burned out?
Yet, it’s barely the new year and your calendar is already packed and you’re wondering HOW to keep doing more with less?
Do you find yourself being controlled by your schedule and not the other way around?
Sound like you?
In just one hour of your day, I can show you how to take back your time.
Totally revamp your calendar with me
Hi, I’m Rachel.
I’d like to invite you this action-oriented workshop. It will be fun too, I promise!
And I know you might be thinking…
💭 THOUGHT # 1
We have barely started the year and my to-list is already overwhelming — I can’t add one more thing to my plate. .
💭 THOUGHT # 2
Ugh — I’ve got the planner and productivity tips. This kind of stuff doesn’t work for me.
💭 THOUGHT # 3
I know something needs to change. I’m exhausted and probably burned out — but I don’t even know where to start!
It’s a good thing that this is EXACTLY what I’ll be talking about in this workshop!
Because my goal if for you to close your laptop at the end of the day and know the next steps you need to take to:
⬅️ Go from doing all the things
To creating the most impact ➡️
CALLING ALL NONPROFIT CHANGEMAKERS WHO WANT A RENEWED SENSE OF CONTROL OVER YOUR TIME — AND THE SYSTEMS TO BREAK THE BURNOUT CYCLE:
You’re about to discover the transformational systems needed for you to reclaim control back over how you spend your time while increasing your productivity… without adding more to your already overflowing plate.
THIS IS THE RIGHT CHALLENGE FOR YOU IF:
You’re a nonprofit Executive Director, leader or changemaker passionate about changing the world. That’s YOU, right?
You are craving more time back in your day? Umm, obviously.
You not-so-secretly love a new year and a fresh calendar and might have gotten a new pack of sharpies. (Ok, fine, and post-its too!)
“It has literally changed my life.”
HOW IT STARTED… ↓
↓…HOW IT’S GOING
During the challenge, I will challenge you to design your calendar that prioritizes you as a human, not just your output.
Leaders who have implemented these systems immediately start adding 2+ hours back in their day – if not more. I’ll show you how you can do it.
You will learn how to:
Define habits that are aligned with the vision you have for yourself and your organization
Ever make a new years resolution that didn’t last past January 17? Not this year. I’ll walk you through a 3-step process to create small wins that lead to big outcomes over time.
Reorganize your day by prioritizing your boundaries and non-negotiables
Take back control of your calendar and design your days on your own terms so that you can keep changing the world, but without skipping lunch.
Create solid systems that carve out time and space for you to think
Thinking is work! Gone are the days when you're so booked up that there’s not a minute left to think beyond what’s next on the to-do list.
ABOUT YOUR COACH
oh, hey! I’m rachel 👋🏼
Yep, with a lowercase “r”.
And I help stressed-out nonprofit Executive Directors reclaim their time, build better relationships, and raise more money.
As a recovering burned-out Executive Director myself, I’ve been in the trenches of an underfunded, limited-resourced, systemless organization.
Like you, I’ve been stressed, overwhelmed and frustrated. 👎
While I understand that running a nonprofit will never be easy, I also know that it doesn’t need to be so hard.
As a systems and efficiency expert, finding new ways for small shops to work smarter — not harder — is totally my jam.
When I’m not helping nonprofit leaders get to a place where they are saying, “I’ve got this!” you can find me:
Doing chores on the farm (I live in Iowa and help run a 500+ acre property!)
Rolling my eyes at one of my three rescue pups who have probably eaten something they shouldn’t have
Meal prepping - hey, I practice what I preach ok?
Not having the systems in place to do more in less time is costing you - your time, energy, and yes - even money because right now you are throwing more spaghetti on the wall than a chef trying to nail the perfect gluten free pasta (which as a gluten free eater, I appreciate).
